Our primary concerns at Telestream as this health situation spreads are the health and safety of our employees and taking care of our customers and partners.
We are going virtual with customer meetings and are holding a series of Webinars that will take the place of our NAB meetings.
We have given guidance to our employees to work from home as the situation warrants. We are a global company and we are working with each of our locations and in many cases each of our employees to make sure that the guidance we provide is in line with local, state and country guidelines.
Our support operations across the world are already enabled to continue providing excellent customer support regardless of where employees work from. We are reexamining each situation to ensure that employees have all the tools they need to continue proving seamless support.
We are committed to abiding by any travel restrictions or limitations that various countries around the world have or may put into place. If a travel ban affects a customer operation, we will work with those customers to implement alternative plans such as remote access work.
We have business continuity plans in place and we review them frequently as the situation evolves. We are working with all of our suppliers to maintain our supply chain across the globe. At this time we do not anticipate that COVID-19 will result in any impact in the delivery or support of Telestream software products. For our hardware products, we are closely monitoring our supply chain and taking appropriate actions to mitigate any possible delays to production schedules.
We continue working closely with our sales team and fulfilment teams to meet our customer’s technology needs and order fulfilment needs.
